Easy to schedule my next day 1pm appt online. Waiting area clean and air condition, yet allowed seating outside to enjoy the rare sunshine. Work was performed in a reasonable time period. Good customer service, with familiar faces who are easy to talk to. Their inspection noticed something I forgot to mention (back wiper blade) and they asked my permission to replace it for parts only cost. Tire rotation and break check was included, as well as all fluids & battery inspection. Really appreciate the printed report afterwards. Although I have to drive 50 minutes to get there, I will continue to go because of this experience and the belief they will keep my vehicle safely running as long as possible.

I drove by Titus Will dealership for 2 reasons. #1 to check a particular color of red I have seen around town, Volconic Red. #2 To check out the size of the Canyon in comparision to my Frontier. I was met by saleman John Moore. He confirmed the Canyon I had pulled up beside was Volcanic Red and he pulled if orward so I could get a better look inside. He offered to have us take a demo ride and explained the vehicle while we were driving. After we test drove the Canyon I told John I was intererested and he had someone do an appraisal on my trade in. John helped get a couple of additional discounts that I qulaified for. The appraisal was a bit lower than I expected, but the Red Canyon was what I wanted. John did everthing possible to make the deal go smoothly and quickly. I was impressed with John's knowledge and ability to expedite the sale. Altho the dash on the Canyon was explained well for someone young enough to understatnd computeree I have been driving for 65 years and this is the 1st vehicle I have purchased new that didn't come with a complete owners manual. That is my only disappointment.

The cost of a simple oil change is ridiculous. Also, I like the service guy I dealt with but he tried to assumptive sell me a cabin filter. Didn’t tell me how much it cost and just told me they would replace it. It cost 60 bucks. If I wouldn’t have asked I would have been angry if I wouldn’t have known better. Lickily for me, I work on cars and know you are going to gouge me on a filter change. I appreciate the assumptive sell but if I was a person who did not know any better and couldn’t afford the filter change, you may have charged me for something that was not in my budget causing me a hardship. It’s not a pack of gum, it’s a 60 dollar filter. I just bought a name brand filter for 20 bucks saving myself 40 dollars on a very simple filter change out.

All the staff were great but I just have a real problem paying over $500.00 to find out what is wrong with a vehicle and then find that one of the conditions was actually under a former recall if it had broken 2 years earlier. This happened with same car when 2 months after warranty the transmission blew which apparently was also a potential problem but not covered so over $5,000 to fix. We ended up not doing repairs because way too costly to bother so $500.00 down the drain and one of the problems diagnosed possibly could be something more so no real idea what can of worms would be opening. Obviously I am more upset about the car itself and not the actual service at your dealership but who pays over $4,000 to repair air conditioning knowing if only it had broken within 6 years of notice from GM it would have been covered...just incredible that it wasn't under a full recall for whenever it happened.

My experience with Titus-Will Chevy GMC in Olympia was absolutely amazing. I was in the market for a midsize truck and went to multiple dealerships in search of a Chevy Colorado Z71 and ZR2 and I have spoken with other salesmen. However, I didn't get a positive vibe as the prior salesmen felt very pushy and didn't seem to listen to what I wanted in a truck. Well, that all changed when I showed up to the Titus-Will Chevy GMC in Olympia whom I have done prior business before. I should have just stuck with them in the first place without going to these other dealership. Anyways this is where I met my salesman, Dylan Ferrians. He was a wonderful person to work with. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for and not once did I feel that he was pushy. He was very knowledgeable in the truck I wanted and answered all my questions. Even during the price negotiation process, the transaction felt very smooth and he was able to knock off a little bit more on the price during negotiations after talking to his manager. It was literally stress free. Sean was another person who was amazing to work with. He did the paperwork for the finance transaction and that was done in 15 minutes. No stress and no hassle. I am enjoying my 2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2, and I told both Dylan (sales) and Sean (finance) the same day that I am referring my wife to them. Well she was impressed with the both of them and she ended up buying a beautiful 2025 H2 Hummer EV on the same day. I recommend if your in the market for a new car or truck, to reach out and ask for Dylan Ferrians and he will definitely make your car buying process smooth.

I fail to understand why I needed a new software load, for 300+ dollars when if the previous software induced the problem and new software fixed it, why is that My problem? Can you guys just roll out new software and charge all your customers to update to the new version? Sounds like a cash cow to me. And an unscrupulous one. my car shook when I stepped on the brakes at normal speed on the city streets. The service department made an appointment for me right away. They replaced the rotors on the front and changed the brake pads on the front of the car. They finished at 4 pm, I picked the car up and drove away, the shaking was all gone. They did a great job notifying me and correcting the problem.

I was informed that my truck required a new battery and your technicians replaced it. After the service I returned the battery that was removed and returned it to Les Schwab for testing. Their diagnostic confirmed that the battery was in working order and did not require replacement. This means I was charged for an unnecessary repair, in violation of my rights under Washington States Auto Repair Act RCW 46.71 . Accordingly I would like a full refund. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with your dealership and not have to go thru the Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Division. Climate controls and other settings were not returned to their original settings. Concerns about a seat panel being dislodged at the previous service during vacuuming was dismissed with a “sorry” instead of “we will address that with the technicians to be more careful in the future.” The price for value added is not really there anymore.

My oil change was fine. I dropped the truck off at 7:45 and when I returned at 8:55 is was completed. However, I have at issues with the lane assist and auto dim headlights since I have owned the truck and the service has been unable to fix the problem. I have had the vehicle in several times for the issue and they tell me they are waiting for GMC engineers.

Tonneau cover was installed crooked and not centered. Also, one of the rolled-up safety straps is missing. Dirty footprints all over new spayed-in liner. I was quoted $200 to add mud flaps. Actual charge was over $400. If I had known the full cost, I would have purchased and installed them myself. I payed cash for a brand new truck. I expected a better experience and a clean truck when I picked it up! I didn’t find the service folks to be welcoming or friendly! I don’t think I will be doing much business at this location!

You had me bring the truck in for the third or fourth time for a lane assist and auto headlight warranty issue but when I got there you told me you could not fix the issue. I questioned why I needed to bring the truck in again and was told you needed the truck. It has been over a year that I have the problem and GMC can’t or won’t correct the issue. Amanda, at the Titus Will in Olympia, was wonderful. She was welcoming, with the best smile, friendly and thorough. When I arrived for my appointment I let her know that our app notified us a filter replacement was needed. She let me know she would update our appointment with that information, without a blink, and reassured me the technician would look over the verify that the replacement was needed. We were able to take a nice walk with our dogs while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Amanda called to let us know that our back wiper blade needed to be replaced, but I missed her call. Pros: Quick and easy process. Everyone was professional. Was able to fix an issue with finance within 48 hours. Cons: Salesman probably should ensure the customer looks over the entire vehicle being purchased for all the features. (Although it's the buyers responsibility). Called for an oil change - was directed to the "lube" center. So stupid, still have to make an appointment. Needed my tire pressure sensor(s) reset while there, they couldn't do that at the lube center. So I was sent to service center after my oil change/tire rotation/new wiper blades. When I got there, they made me make 'ANOTHER' appointment!!! I did call first and who ever I talked to in service said it's no problem to reset, only takes a minute. In your defense it was 4:30ish, but again what the heck.

I brought my truck in towards the end of October. I was told it would probably be a month before the repair could be done, which I thought was a long time, but understood. My truck was not repaired until the very last week in DECEMBER (2 1/2 months later). I was told just prior to Thanksgiving that it would be done that week, or at the latest early the following week. That didn't occur, then I was told it would be the following week....each time there was a different excuse for why it wasn't being done. One time, my advisor told me it would be definitely done by the following Monday or Tuesday, and ready for pick up. When I called on that Tuesday, the advisor said...oh I meant Thursday or Friday...which it ended up not being done then either. It got to the point where I just stopped checking, because I felt like I was just being fed a story. I WILL NEVER work with Titus Will again...which is unfortunate, because we will be in the market to purchase a new truck within the next couple years...I just know I won't buy it from Titus Will.
